01About

I like understanding how things work and building useful systems.

I've worked with teams across different areas, following products from the initial idea to delivery. Along the way, I learned to listen before coding, figure out what's actually a priority, and make technical decisions with the people who will use the system in mind — not just the person reviewing the PR.

Much of my experience comes from systems that were already running in production, with real users, real data and legacy code. Working on these projects taught me that understanding what's already there, communicating changes and being careful about the impact of each change matter just as much as writing code.

What I enjoy most is the part that doesn't always show up in a screenshot: making difficult code easier to maintain, simplifying a complicated workflow and solving a problem that's been getting in someone's way.

02Experience

Where I put my skills to work.

  1. Jan 2026 — Present

    Founder

    RDM Labs

My own software consulting and development company. I handle everything from planning to implementation, including architecture, infrastructure and support. I'm also the one making the coffee.

    • Laravel
    • React
    • PostgreSQL
    • Docker
  2. Feb 2026 — Present

    Mid-level Developer — PHP & React | Systems Implementation

    Versotech

I work on a B2B platform integrated with the ERPs of more than 100 clients, each with its own business rules and requirements. One of my projects was refactoring the Sankhya integration, reducing average response time from around 2 seconds to 300 milliseconds with less code than before. I also build integrations with systems the platform didn't support yet, help roll out the platform at client sites, and work with procedures, functions and triggers in Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL. For repetitive manual tasks, I use n8n to build automated workflows.

    • Laravel

  3. Mar 2025 — Feb 2026

Software Engineer & Integration Team Lead

    Optix — Medical Imaging

I led the team responsible for integrating a medical imaging platform with hospital and clinic systems. The integrations had different structures and standards, so I worked on consolidating them into a single microservice with standardized contracts and normalized data flows. I also documented the process to make future integrations easier to implement and built a dashboard showing which integrations each client used. I ended up working with DICOM in PHP a lot more than I expected.

  4. Aug 2024 — Mar 2025

    Software Developer

    BankSoft Tecnologia

I worked with the Tech Lead to refactor core application modules and document business rules that hadn't been formally documented before. I also handled corrective and preventive maintenance and investigated performance issues, from the application code to servers and networking.

    • .NET Framework
    • SQL Server
  5. Mar 2024 — Aug 2024

    Systems Developer

    Suatransportadora

I developed internal systems for the company’s operations. The company shut down after the May 2024 floods in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It was a short experience, but one that stayed with me for reasons far beyond programming.

  6. Mar 2022 — Mar 2024

    Junior Full Stack Developer

    YellowGo

This is where I built much of my foundation as a developer. I worked on Laravel applications, REST APIs, third-party integrations and data modeling, from logical design to database implementation. I also used Git Flow with GitLab and wrote documentation for both users and the team.

    • PHP
    • Laravel
    • REST APIs
    • Git

03Education

Building the fundamentals behind the code.

Hands-on experience teaches you a lot, but studying helped me understand why a solution works and when a different approach makes more sense.

Education

  1. 2024 — PresentExpected 2027

    Postgraduate degree in Information Security

    FADERGS

Security stopped being the infra team's problem and became mine.

  2. 2021 — 2023

Associate degree in Systems Analysis and Development

    UniRitter

Learned to separate the problem from the way you solve it.

Courses & certifications

  • EF SET2026

EF SET English Certificate 73/100 (C2 Proficient)

English stopped being just what I read and heard, and became what I write and speak.

05Projects

Projects I've built.

RDM Cosmos

My personal blog, where every post is a star in a 3D constellation.

Nothing that changes every frame goes through React.

  • Three.js
  • React 18
  • TypeScript
  • Laravel 13
  • Filament
Behind the code

I got tired of blogs that look like a feed, so the home page became a constellation: every post is a star placed in time, and you get around by dragging and zooming. Plain Three.js, no React Three Fiber and no animation library - motion is exponential damping inside a single requestAnimationFrame, and React only steps in when something actually changes.

Architecture: every post has its own URL in Portuguese and English, prerendered HTML that opens without JavaScript, and a Filament panel that rebuilds the site through a queue whenever I save a post. CI runs PHPStan level 8, Vitest and Playwright against the Nginx.

Orbe

Personal and business finances: accounts, installments, invoices and projection.

Balances, installments and invoices are computed in the API. React just draws them.

  • Laravel 12
  • React 18
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
Behind the code

A Laravel 12 API on PostgreSQL, a React 18 SPA in TypeScript, all orchestrated by Docker Compose. Balance calculation, installment splitting, invoice closing and monthly projection happen in the API: React receives finished data and draws it.

The whole quality pipeline runs from a single command — Pest, PHPStan level 6, Pint, ESLint and type checking. Keeping business rules out of the frontend is what lets the two ends evolve separately.

GramTRIP

Motorcycle route planning and tracking, from the browser to the phone.

PostGIS stores the track, OSRM draws the route, and I just ride.

  • Laravel 13
  • PostGIS
  • React
  • MapLibre GL
  • OSRM
Behind the code

Plan the route in the browser, record the real track on the phone, and follow history, costs and garage maintenance. Laravel 13 API with PostGIS for the geospatial side, routing through OSRM, and a React planner built on MapLibre GL.

Still under construction: identity, garage and costs are implemented and tested; planning, tracking and the Flutter app are on the way.

Under construction
